Deposit and Cancellation Policy
Due to the high demand for our boarding facility and our limited availability a deposit and cancellation policy is in force. When making a reservation we are holding your pet’s kennel pending your arrival. When we reach our full capacity for reservations, we must refuse reservation requests and turn business away. If you do not cancel your reservation in a timely manner, we may be unable to re-book the space reserved for your pet.
Effective October 1, 2022
Deposit Policy: A one nights boarding deposit is required for all boarding reservations. Boarding deposits are non-refundable, they may be transferred if the appropriate cancellation procedures are followed.
When making multiple reservations only one deposit will be collected at a time. Once the first stay has been completed a deposit will be taken for the next reservation.
Cancellation Policy: We require a minimum of 72 hours’ notice on cancellations or changes to a reservation. Failure to cancel a reservation before the 72-hour time frame will result in a forfeit of your deposit. If you cancel prior to the 72-hour time frame your deposit will be held for your next reservation. All cancellations must be made in writing via email to happytailsstc@gmail.com.
